My Favorite Things
There is a New Moon on Saturday, May 4 in the sign of Taurus. Use this New Moon energy to create a ritual. New Moons are times for new beginnings and fresh starts. New moons are turning points and an excellent time for manifestations. Gather some supplies: a candle, incense, paper, pen, and a journal. Light the candle and incense, put on some relaxing music and get in touch with your Inner Self, your I AM presence. Say a few prayers and then write down what you would like to “manifest” into your life. Take that paper and bury it outside to allow your intentions to grow.

Happy Spring Equinox! Today is a Super Full Moon and a fantastic time to use this powerful energy. Our bodies are primarily made of water, so, it is natural that we would be influenced by the moon, just like the ocean’s tides. Take the time today to perform a Full Moon Ritual.
Take the time to release any burdens and to plant the seeds for new beginnings this spring. Spring is a time of renewal and healing. Animals and birds are shedding their coats of fur and feathers. What could you shed?
What could you shed?
What part of your life would you like to change? Examine your life and see if there is something that needs to be cleansed or removed before you can move forward. Is there a habit you would like to get rid of? Is there someone you need to forgive? Or is that “fear” chatter consistently in your head?
The next step is to take some action steps toward the life you want and deserve. Some ideas would be: take a class, start networking, volunteer, research on the Internet, or join a meetup group. This action step is essential. It is you telling the Universe that you are ready for a change. Stay focused and do not give up. If you have to take baby steps, that is alright.
Keep the faith and beautiful things will manifest.
Keep the faith, and beautiful things will manifest. Doors will open up. But, remember change may not be in your timeframe. It is in God’s timeline. Find a way to keep the faith. If one method does not work, try another.
Ideas for Full Moon Rituals
1. Sage your home.
2. Spend some time outdoors absorbing the full moon energy.
3. Make moon water. Place a glass of water with crystals in it overnight under the full moon. Pour this water over your head or drink it for the energetic benefits.
4. Place your crystals under the full moon to cleanse them.
5. Light a candle and write down what you would like to manifest.
7. Plant some seeds in the ground or a pot. Celebrate spring! As you plant the seeds, reflect on your intentions and desires. Ask God to help your ambitions to grow. This will help you have faith, that, blossoms, just like our desires, take time to germinate.

If you feel stuck and frustrated with your manifesting, there are usually two blocks: fear and trying to figure it out mode. This video gives an explanation of these blocks and three ways to remove the manifesting blocks.
Acceptance of the present moment is a state of consciousness. Acceptance is easy if everything is going exactly as you like it and want it. Your ego is so happy when everything is going great. But, life is not always exactly as we want it. You may have problems in a relationship. You may be in a job that you dislike. You may have a health challenge, or you may be struggling to pay your monthly bills.
By accepting the present moment, you are in a state of peace, and that peaceful energy flows through you. The situation you are in may not be perfect, but, do not fight against the moment. By acceptance, I do not mean that you want and will prepare for something better to manifest. However, resistance, anger or negativity will stop the energy to flow and will hinder your manifestation of something better.

If you plant a seed in the ground for a flower to grow, you patiently wait until it sprouts out of the earth. You do not pull the seeds out if the flower fails to sprout in a day or two. You patiently wait with confidence for the flower to bloom. You have faith in those seeds you planted.
It is the same with happiness even if the present moment is not perfect. Happiness is an interior quality within Divine Order. It is knowing and trusting that in the long run the Divine will win and good will come. Just like the seeds, you planted will produce a flower.
Trust that in the long run the Divine will win and good will come.
Surrender to the present moment no matter how much you dislike it. Let the peaceful energy flow through you. Take responsibility for your life and your actions. Take steps to change what you dislike about your life and have faith that you can change it. Every moment is temporary. Be active, not passive in every precious moment. Give every moment your full and present attention. Only you control your consciousness and your thoughts.
Sometimes it is hard. Earlier this year, I had big plans to go on vacation out west. I loved the west and was looking forward to the trip. But, the week before my trip, I fell in my bedroom, broke several bones in my foot and needed surgery. So much for the trip. This is not what I wanted or planned. But, rather than become negative and resist the moment, I accepted it. I wanted peaceful energy to flow through me and help with my healing. I believed in Divine order and knew, in the long run, more good, and happiness would come into my life.
Acting in a state of peace will raise your consciousness and your energy. With a heightened awareness, you are in a mental state to receive gifts. Trust the integrity of the Universe.

Our thoughts carry tremendous energy. Usually, when we are irritated, angry, or upset, our thoughts are charged with a superpower. However, this is not the superpower that we want or that we need. The more we concentrate on what is bothering us, the more control we give to those thoughts that do us no good. You can learn to let go of irritation; it takes letting go of the pull the thoughts have on your consciousness. Learn how to let go of irritating thoughts, the video will provide three ways.
When my boys were young, I would read them a book called, “When You Give a Moose a Muffin.” In the story, the moose would get a muffin, but, then he would want something else, and this went on and on. The moose was never satisfied with the muffin or anything else. It is similar to our thoughts and our minds. If we let the pull of energy control us, we can never be satisfied.
For example, you may be shopping and see a beautiful dress that you would like to buy, but, cannot afford. You leave the store, and you are still thinking about the dress. Then you begin to think about your job that you don’t like and that you would like to have a job with a better salary. Then you begin to think that you do not like the area that you live, and maybe you should just move and get a new job. It goes on and on, and you become more and more irritated.
So, how to let the irritation go? The minute you begin to feel the pull of energy from the irritation. Relax, take a deep breath and let it go. You can let yourself be bothered by this, or you can be in freedom and let it go. Of course, you may still want the dress, but, it does not have to ruin your day or your mood. Relax, release and let go. Try to relax your shoulders and the area around your heart.

Next time you are at a light, and someone honks at you, try this technique. Relax, release and let go. Be willing to let the irritation go. It is your choice.
