Goals help give us motivation and direction. For 2018, I suggest no more than three goals. That way you are not overwhelmed and can stay focused. Goals give us a destination. They are our “Where” and “When.” This video describes how to set SMART goals. As a life coach, I use this system with my clients.
S = Specific
M = Measurable
A = Attainable
R = Relevant
T = Time-specific
