You can think of your brain cells as charged with electricity, but, you need consistent thoughts and images in order to visualize. Our thoughts tend to be scattered, that is why it is important to practice concentration before you begin to visualize and manifest your desires. Concentration is the number one obstacle that most people have to visualize. The good news is that with practice, you can become better and better at it.

This is the first in a 5-part series of learning to manifest through visualization. Like learning to drive a car, it takes practice.
Visualization is using your imagination to create what you want. The Kybalion from Ancient Egypt writes that images held in the mind affect our physical Universe. Our thoughts have vibrational energy and by controlling those images and thoughts we can bring change to our lives. This video will demonstrate a relaxation technique set to music. Relaxation is key to visualization.

12 Ways to Instantly Raise Your Vibration

It is a law of quantum physics that our bodies are made of energy. Within this energy, there are various frequencies from high to low. The highest frequencies are of spirit. Keeping your vibration and frequency high will result in better health, more energy, and greater happiness. If you are working on manifesting your dreams and desires; a higher frequency will give you quicker results. That is why this article will give you twelve ways to raise your vibration instantly.

Our environment, the people we are around, and our fears all affect our vibration. The electromagnetic frequencies also lower our vibration; that includes Wi-Fi and cell phones. That is why in this modern age we must be vigilant about protecting and raising our vibration.

With a higher vibration, we maintain clarity and realize the higher Presence of God. We are connected to Source, and our lives flow. It is easy to raise and keep your vibration high, you need to become aware of the situations, people, or thoughts that lower them and be proactive to raise them.

12 Ways to Instantly Raise Your Vibration

1. Eliminate sugar from your diet. Instead, try maple syrup or stevia.
2. Listen to classical music in your home and work environment. This especially helps if you are working on a creative project or need answers to solve a problem.
3. Eat raw fruits and vegetables. Green leafy vegetables have a high vibration. I am not suggesting you change your entire diet, try incorporating more raw fruits and vegetables.
4. Use Mantras and prayers. Spend a few minutes in the day repeating your favorite mantra or prayer.
5. Exercise or dance. Get your body moving to distribute and increase your energy.
6. Use essential oils. Rose oil has a high vibration, but, experiment with other oils.
7. Spend time in nature. Even a walk through a park or watching a sunset can help.
8. Meditation. There are many, many studies on the effects of meditation on our wellbeing. Aim for a five-minute meditation first thing in the morning.
9. Crystals. Have some crystals on your desk or consider wearing them or keeping some in your pocket.
10. Read classic spiritual books. You will feel inspired.
11. Do a creative project. Don’t go for perfection, have fun. Try coloring or watercolor painting.
12. Surround yourself with a “Tube of Light” in the morning. Visualize an electronic white light surrounding your entire body.

Experiment with several of these to feel what resonates best with you. Consider researching different meditation techniques, crystals, and essential oils.

Four Ways to Raise Your Vibration and Your Frequency

Everything is made of energy. Everything is in motion: from our bodies to the smallest atom or molecule. Think of the frequency of vibration like a scale that goes from the highest vibration of spirit to a lower vibration of a rock. Even our emotions or other people’s emotions can affect the vibrational level. By raising your vibration and frequency with these four ways, you can gain control of this power and that is how miracles occur.

1. Positive Thinking – Learn to become the observer of your thoughts. Pay attention to them without attachment. For negative thoughts, acknowledge them, dismiss them and turn to something positive. Even a short phrase: God, Happy, Love.
2. Eat High-Frequency Foods – Putting toxins into our body does affect our vibrations. Electromagnetic waves are measured by a Hertz. Our bodies when healthy are 62-72 hertz. Colds occur at 57 – 60 hertz and disease at 58 Hertz. By eating foods with higher frequencies, we can raise our vibrations and help to stay in the 62 – 72-hertz areas. Fresh foods like vegetables and fruits have are 20-27 hertz. Processed foods have 0 Hertz. High energy foods include veggies, fruits, herbal teas, nuts, and grains. Low vibrational foods include white rice, white flour, processed foods, soda, meat, and caffeine. I am not saying to stop eating these foods, just try to limit them. Of course, clean water has a high vibrational quality.
3. Limit Time with People That Bring You Down – The signs that someone is bringing you energy down include: feeling drained when with them, headache, or a tight feeling in the chest. Try to be around positive, higher vibrational people. If you cannot, protect yourself by creating a buffer zone of white light around you as an energy shield.
4. Meditate – Return your mind to its natural state of peace. You may just uncover some treasures. Even ten minutes of silently sitting in the morning and concentrating on your breath can have amazing effects on your day.
