Sometimes it is okay not to be okay. Disappointments can be a bridge to greater awareness and wisdom. By becoming aware of your emotions you have success, not a failure. In this video, I share a technique I use when disappointed. Disappointments occur when events or people do not go according to our expectations. But, from awareness comes change and a step closer to living in the present moment.
